Soham Yoga School offers a 300-hour advanced teacher training course that is designed for yoga teachers who have already completed a 200-hour teacher training program and are looking to deepen their practice and expand their teaching skills.
The course is taught by experienced and certified yoga teachers who are dedicated to providing a supportive and transformative learning environment. The curriculum is based on the traditional teachings of yoga and is designed to help students deepen their understanding of the philosophical and practical aspects of yoga.
The course covers a wide range of topics, including:
Advanced asanas and sequencing
Advanced pranayama and meditation techniques

Anatomy and physiology
Therapeutic applications of yoga
Teaching methodology and communication skills
Business and ethics of yoga teaching
Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to practice teaching and receive feedback from their peers and instructors. They will also have access to a variety of resources, including study materials, online classes, and mentoring from their instructors.
Upon completion of the course, students will receive a certification from Soham Yoga School, which will enable them to register with as a 300-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT). This certification will allow them to teach yoga at an advanced level and will open up opportunities for further advanced training and specialization.
