To succeed in the program, participants must be self-motivated. The course has many aspects that contribute to its success. Yoga, in particular, requires a lot of self-discipline and purity. Furthermore, you must attend all spiritual activities, meditation sessions, lectures, and asana classes. For that is the key to succeeding.

During yoga training, participants must avoid meat, fish, and eggs. They must also avoid caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, and drugs. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your expulsion from the course. This is as per the school’s rules.

RULES FOR STUDENTS

Soham Yoga School in Rishikesh prohibits smoking and forbids the consumption of alcohol. If you are fasting, kindly inform the kitchen manager. This will food waste. Maintaining discipline, respecting teachers, and adhering to all guidelines are imperative. Being punctual is crucial because we do not tolerate tardiness.

You must pay all debts before leaving Soham Yoga School. You must return any borrowed items, such as books, yoga mats/props, or maps, before departure. We only provide accommodation for enrolled students. Friends or relatives cannot share rooms. You may rent extra rooms for your stay on the school premises. Students must attend all scheduled programmes. The school is Soham Yoga School.

REFUND POLICY

Once you pay the course fees, you cannot receive a refund. Yet, in the event of an emergency, students may opt to join us at a later schedule. You must pay the course fee in full upon arrival. You cannot receive a refund or transfer if you leave before the program ends.
