Soham Yoga School offers a Pranayama and Meditation Teacher Training course that is designed to deepen students' understanding and practice of pranayama and meditation, and to help them develop the skills necessary to become knowledgeable and effective teachers of these practices.

The philosophy and history of pranayama and meditation
Anatomy and physiology of breathing and meditation
Techniques and benefits of pranayama
Techniques and benefits of meditation
Teaching methodology and sequencing for pranayama and meditation
Modifications and adjustments for students with injuries or limitations
Business and ethics of teaching pranayama and meditation
Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to deepen their personal practice, refine their teaching skills, and develop their understanding of the subtler aspects of pranayama and meditation. They will also have access to a variety of resources, including study materials, online classes, and mentoring from their instructors.
Upon completion of the course, students will receive a certification from Soham Yoga School, which will enable them to teach pranayama and meditation anywhere in the world. This certification will allow them to integrate these practices into their existing yoga teaching or to offer standalone classes in pranayama and meditation. The course also counts towards continuing education credits.
